She is the creator of The Grace Effect, a leadership framework challenging how organizations think about culture, performance, and what it actually takes for both people and results to flourish.
Shae has impacted over one million people globally since 2012 through her books, courses, podcasts, and speaking. She is the author of several works, including the bestselling Grace Over Grind and her latest release, Grace Under Pressure: A Story About Leadership and the Hidden Cost of Ambition.
With 25 years of experience spanning Fortune 50 leadership and 15 years as a founder, Shae advises entrepreneurs and executives with both business depth and a perspective that goes well beyond strategy.
Whether speaking on global stages or advising leaders privately, Shae is known for her ability to stir hearts, shift mindsets, and ignite action — with love, truth, and contagious joy.
Shae holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and an Executive MBA from the University of Florida.

- I’ve been with my husband Phil since the age of 16 and we’ve been married for 26 years
- I’m the mother of 3 daughters from 3 different generations (they are 7 and 9 years apart!)
- I’m a rare native Floridian who still lives in Florida (in the Fort Lauderdale area)
- I have a healthy addiction to sunshine, water, and majestic mountain views
