Affectionately known as the “Chief Fire Igniter,” Shae Bynes is a grace catalyst who inspires and equips leaders to create cultures where both people and results flourish.
With 25 years of experience—including corporate leadership at a Fortune 50 company and over a decade as a founder and full-time business owner—Shae brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, spiritual intelligence, and transformational insight to her work as an advisor to entrepreneurs and executives.
A pioneer in the Kingdom business movement, she has impacted over one million people globally since 2012 through her books, courses, podcasts, and speaking, helping leaders embrace a grace-empowered way of life and leadership.
Shae is the author of several influential books, including the best-selling Grace Over Grind, The Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur's Guide: Doing Business God's Way, and her latest release, Grace Under Pressure: A Story About Leadership and the Hidden Cost of Ambition.
Whether speaking publicly or advising privately, Shae is known for her ability to stir hearts, shift mindsets, and ignite action, with love, truth, and contagious joy.
Shae holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and an Executive MBA from the University of Florida. She lives in the Fort Lauderdale area with her husband Phil and their three beautiful daughters.
